Backstage on Granville Island

Thanks to all our friends, families, and fans who came out to the Backstage Lounge last night to watch Friends of Thieves perform. A big thanks to China Syndrome and the Surf Messiahs for having us and putting on a great night of music.

Friends of Thieves plays the Backstage Lounge on Granville Island on July 3, 2009 with China Syndrome and The Surf Messiahs. Doors open at 9pm and cover is $8.

Savour with Neighbours

Last Wednesday, we played a show at the Heritage Hall on Main Street for an event to create awareness about sustainable and organic foods and food security. The community event, Savour with Neighbours, was basically a big pot luck where local residents brought delicious dishes of food to share with everyone attending while charitable organizations setup displays to show some of the work they have been doing in the community to promote organic foods.
